EOP co-sponsors student and department events in order to support various initiatives and efforts to raise awareness of topics and issues impacting our communities. This sponsorship can be in the form of staffing, promotional and marketing materials, and monetary donations depending on the needs of the requesting organization.
Students, RSO's (recognized student organizations), and departments can schedule an appointment with a Coordinator here or contact the EOP Front Desk to schedule an appointment with the a Coordinator to discuss program details and to submit an application.
Requests are approved on a case by case basis and are based on the availability of funds. Approval of funds is not guaranteed. If approved, a post-event evaluation is required to be submitted in person or via email to the coordinator within 1 week of the event.
