What would you like to share with students about your experience at UCSB?
My experience at UCSB has been amazing. I have met so many good friends and have really enjoyed the scenery surrounding the campus.
Top tips for fellow students? (Study tips, self-care hacks, fav resources on campus, etc)
My top tip for students would be to prioritize their self-care in times of high stress. Midterms and finals can be pretty brutal, so it is very important to listen to your body and take care of it to avoid burnout.
Best advice you've received that has helped you at UCSB.
Take advantage of the resources on campus! There are so many programs that were created to help students, so please use them.
Why did you choose to be an EOP office assistant?
I chose to become an EOP office assistant because I wanted to give back to my first-generation, low-income community here at UCSB. I’ve enjoyed helping students these last two years, and I’m excited to continue.
