Use all the resources you can! We have access to so many different activities and groups that don’t cost money and can be a great help for mental and physical health.

Study in nature spots.
Why did you choose to be an EOP peer mentor?
I want to be a mentor for any native students because I know how hard it can be to be away from home and start a new journey in life, especially if you don’t have a good support group.
